En vacaciones

El alcalde de Neiva, Héctor Aníbal Ramírez, se encuentra en el último periodo de vacaciones, antes de terminar su gobierno. Desde el jueves pasado viajó a Bogotá en “misión oficial” y a partir de mañana estará en receso. El funcionario al parecer, viajó a México. Y en compañía de otro funcionario, cuyo nombre no pudimos confirmar.
Encargado
Mientras dura su ausencia dejó como alcalde encargado, al jefe de Contratación, Euclides Dussán. Primero como delegado y a partir de mañana como alcalde encargado. El regreso está previsto para el 16 de octubre, según fuentes cercanas al mandatario. ¡Híjole!
Candidatos
Un total de 47 candidatos se presentaron como aspirantes a las contralorías del Huila y Neiva, atendiendo la convocatoria realizada por el Tribunal Superior de Neiva. De éstos, 26 fueron para la contraloría departamental y 21 para la Contraloría de Neiva. Eso sí, muchos de los aspirantes presentaron sus hojas de vida para las dos posiciones.
Pesos pesados
En el caso de la Contraloría General del Huila, aspiran algunos pesos pesados, entre ellos el economista Jaime Ramírez Plazas, Esneida Barreiro, Ramiro Díaz, Alberto Polanía Puentes y Ángel Beltrán. En el listado, conocido en exclusiva por Muy Íntimo, también aparecen Tito Alejandro Rubiano, Óscar Ramiro Rengifo, Jesús Elías Meneses, Sergio Antonio Medina y Andrés Peña.
Otros aspirantes
También se presentaron a la convocatoria Jaime Laureano Pinzón, César Augusto Murcia, Gerardo Alvarado Osorio, Carlos Ancízar Triviño, Juan Felipe Molano, Luis Suaza Maldonado, José Hildebrand Perdomo, Ernesto Barrios, Indira Burbano, Clodomiro Rivera, Luzena Rojas, César Augusto Farfán, Obert Alejandro Ortiz, Amaury Flórez y Teresa Gutiérrez.
Para Neiva
Muchos de éstos se presentaron también para la Contraloría de Neiva. Los nuevos son: Luz Dary Alvarado, María del Pilar Patarroyo, María Fernanda Guevara, José David Rivera, Luis Humberto González, Sonia Constanza Gutiérrez, Rafael Bernal Poveda y Alba Segura de Castaño. Completan el listado Quilia Maritza González, Orlando Pascuas Tamayo y Augusto Navia.
Elegibles
El Tribunal Superior entrará ahora a estudiar las hojas de vida para determinar si cumplen con los requisitos y expedirá la lista de elegibles. Luego los entrevistará y al final, según el cronograma, escogerá los dos finales para integrar la terna. El otro candidato lo definirá el Tribunal Administrativo del Huila. El plazo para presentar las hojas de vida en éste último vencerá mañana lunes.
Agarrón
Un fuerte agarrón sostuvieron el miércoles pasado en el Directorio Nacional Conservador, los congresistas Carlos Ramiro Chávarro y Hernán Andrade. Los dos, se recriminaron por la tutela que ganó el concejal Armando Acuña, a quien deberán integrar a la lista de aspirantes a la Asamblea.
El cupo
Dicen que la disputa, como lo habíamos advertido, se suscitó por el cupo en la lista. De acatarse el fallo de tutela, saldrían Moisés Murcia, ex presidente del Directorio Departamental Conservador y cuota de Integración Conservadora o Gustavo Calderón de Hernán Andrade. Y por supuesto que Andrade se puso en la raya y exigió que le respetaran el cupo. Pero nada se resolvió.
Desacato
Mientras tanto Acuña, visiblemente molesto, porque el Directorio Nacional Conservador, no atendió la decisión judicial, interpondrá mañana lunes un incidente de desacato contra el presidente del organismo José Darío Salazar y contra el secretario General Jorge Humberto Mantilla.
Encontrón
El candidato a la Gobernación Carlos Mauricio Iriarte sostuvo un fuerte encontrón telefónico con el senador Jorge Eduardo Géchem el miércoles pasado. Dicen que se hablaron en tono fuerte. Iriarte lo recriminó. Géchem, según testigos, también el subió el tono. También dicen que JJRendón, en algún lugar se divertía de lo lindo.
