Después de analizar las hojas de vida y el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos, el Tribunal Administrativo del Huila integró el martes pasado la lista de elegibles para conformar las ternas de aspirantes a las dos contralorías.
Mediante Acuerdo 09, la corporación seleccionó a 25 de los 60 aspirantes para las dos posiciones. Es decir, que de entrada descartó a 35 de los candidatos, por no cumplir con la totalidad de los requisitos.
Cedazo
Para la Contraloría Departamental no pasaron el cernidor algunos pesos pesados como el economista Jaime Ramírez Plazas, el ex personero Jesús Elías Meneses, César Augusto Farfán, Floricel Cangrejo, ni el ex personero de San Agustín Jesús Facundo Cano, quienes no presentaron certificados de antecedentes disciplinarios. Tampoco clasificaron Alba Luz Piña, Francisco Javier Ruiz, Jaime Laureano Pinzón ni Carlos Triviño.
Sin papeles
Tampoco pasaron la ex contralora Luzena Rojas, quien no presentó antecedentes disciplinarios. Tampoco la contratista Katherine Lara, Gilberto Gómez, Héctor Bonilla, Obert Alejandro Ortiz, Carlos Yepes, ni el abogado Ricardo Perdomo Pinzón, Luis Eduardo Trujillo, Ernesto Barrios, Orlando Castro y José Ángel Beltrán.
Por la terna
La lista de elegibles para la Contraloría Departamental integrada por el Tribunal Administrativo del Huila, quedó conformada finalmente por Juan Felipe Molano, Ancízar Perdomo Gutiérrez, Gabriel Ángel Muriel, Carlos Enrique Navarro, Mario Medina Alzate, Edgar Leonel Conta (actual Contralor de Neiva), Amaury Luis Flórez, Guillermo Barreiro, Andrés Peña Peña, Alberto Polanía Puentes (ex rector de la Usco), Ramiro Díaz (ex contralor de Neiva), Indira Burbano (directora de la Esap) y Luis Suaza Maldonado (ex alcalde de Colombia).
Finalistas
Por un lugar en la terna para Contralor de Neiva, aspirarán en el Tribunal Administrativo Alba Segura, Roberto Carranza Rada, Adriana Escobar Gómez, Carlos Enrique Navarro Sastoque, Luz Dary Alvarado, María del Pilar Patarroyo, José Hildebrán Perdomo, Gabriel Ángel Muriel, Mónica Inés Delgado, María Fernanda Guevara Cadena, Alberto Polanía Puentes y Fidernando Anturí Núñez, uno de los opcionados.
El partidor
No pasaron el partidor para la Contraloría de Neiva, 15 de los 27 aspirantes, entre otros el administrador de empresas Ulpiano Jovel Polo, Dagoberto Segura, José Omar Soache, Sonia Constanza Gutiérrez y José Federico Álvarez, quienes en su mayoría no presentaron el certificado de antecedentes disciplinarios.
La otra lista
Por su parte el Tribunal Superior de Neiva, escogió su propia lista de elegibles para escoger a dos de los miembros de la terna. La lista, conformada mediante Acuerdo 094, quedó integrada por el ex contralor Ramiro Díaz, el economista Jaime Ramírez Plazas, Tito Alejandro Rubiano, José Ángel Beltrán, Alberto Polanía y Oscar Ramiro Rengifo.

También clasificaron Jesús Elías Meneses, Sergio Antonio Medina, Andrés Peña, Carlos Triviño, Cesar Augusto Murcia, Juan Felipe Molano, Luis Suaza, José Hildebrán Perdomo, Ernesto Barrios, Indira Burbano, Clodomiro Rivera, Luzena Rojas, Jesús Méndez Artunduaga, César Augusto Farfán, Obert Alejandro Ortiz y Amaury Luis Flórez. La mayoría de los aspirantes se presentaron a los dos tribunales.
