A donar útiles para los estudiantes huilenses

La Gobernación del Huila programó para este fin de semana la jornada de donación de útiles escolares en todos los municipios para los estudiantes huilenses. El comercio organizado, las personalidades del departamento y los ciudadanos de la región, son los invitados a respaldar la brigada con sus donaciones. 10 empresas ya confirmaron sus aportes para la jornada. Álvaro Gómez Quintero, líder de Cobertura Educativa de la Secretaría de Educación Departamental, aseguró que muchos niños y niñas no acuden a los centros académicos por la ausencia de estos elementos. “En los parques y plazas se recibirán cuadernos, lápices, lapiceros, uniformes, tenis, zapatos y demás elementos para los estudiantes de las instituciones oficiales en condiciones de vulnerabilidad”, señaló. El día de mercado local (mañana o el próximo domingo) desde las 8:00 a.m. hasta las 4:00 p.m., los alcaldes, gestoras sociales, jefes de núcleos y rectores de colegios oficiales, recolectarán los kits educativos y matricularán a los niños que aún falta por realizar el trámite. En Neiva, la brigada se realizará el lunes 30 de enero en la Plaza de Banderas de la Gobernación, la secretaria de Educación Gladys Canacué instalará la jornada a las 8:00 a.m.

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
