Uniamazonia amplía calendario académico

Nuevos cambios en el calendario académico anunció la Universidad de la Amazonia. Se trata de la ampliación de la fecha de entrega de documentos para quienes aspiran acogerse al Acuerdo 25 que dispuso una nueva tabla de matrículas, como también para quienes solicitaron el reingreso de manera extemporánea.
Alberto Fajardo, vicerrector Académico Universidad de la Amazonia, dijo a LA NACIÓN que “como consecuencia de problemas técnicos con la página web de la universidad, no existió la posibilidad de una mejor información sobre la entrega de los documentos para matrículas. Por tal motivo, el consejo académico amplió el plazo de entrega de documentos. Para quienes aspiran acogerse al Acuerdo 25 que es la nueva tabla de matrículas para la Universidad, pueden hacerlo hasta el próximo martes. Una vez entreguen los documentos, la universidad emite la liquidación de su matrícula”.
Esta situación ocasionó también la prórroga en el ingreso de los estudiantes hasta el próximo 20 de febrero.
Fajardo Oliveros aclaró que los estudiantes de química y derecho, a quienes ya les había salido la liquidación, podrán solicitar “igualdad de condiciones por medio de un escrito dirigido al consejo académico”.
Reingreso asegurado
Con relación a las personas que solicitaron el reingreso de manera extemporánea, el directivo académico manifestó la posibilidad de “una solución rápida a estas solicitudes”.
“Hay innumerables solicitudes de reingresos o incluso de transferencias a los diferentes programas. Sobre el particular, el consejo académico autorizó que aquellas situaciones que pueden tener una rápida solución, se les de salida, para que los estudiantes que pudieron adquirir el pin de regreso, continúen sus estudios de manera normal. Por lo menos 45 solicitudes de reingresos fueron elevadas”, dijo.
Nueva maestría
La Universidad de la Amazonia contará este año con un nuevo programa académico. Se trata de la Maestría en Ciencias Biológicas.
Sobre el tema, Fajardo Oliveros, reveló que la institución académica ya está en el proceso de inscripciones.
“El consejo académico aprobó antier el inicio de actividades. Las inscripciones están abiertas para la maestría. Este programa tiene varias líneas de investigación, es multidisciplinar. Todos los temas relacionados con el estudio de la biodiversidad caben allí, desde las diferentes disciplinas. Estaremos iniciando actividades académicas a finales de marzo para dar lugar al proceso de inscripción y selección de los estudiantes”, puntualizó.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune.
