Arrancó construcción de Gran Plaza Florencia

La construcción de la primera gran plataforma comercial para Florencia tendrá un costo de 42.161 millones de pesos. La obra será entregada en marzo de 2013.

La Constructora Conconcreto inició las obras de Gran Plaza Florencia, el primer centro comercial de gran formato en Caquetá.
Gran Plaza Florencia estará ubicado al norte de la capital de Caquetá, en las antiguas instalaciones del Molino Buenos Aires. La obra tendrá un área total construida de 32.105 metros cuadrados y contará con 134 locales comerciales que albergarán a reconocidos almacenes nacionales, plazoleta de comidas, cuatro salas de cine y área de juegos infantiles.
Igualmente, la construcción incluye 381 parqueaderos para carros y 350 para motos.
Juan Luis Aristizábal Vélez, presidente de la Constructora Conconcreto, indicó que Gran Plaza Florencia es uno de los proyectos más ambiciosos que desarrollará la compañía durante el 2012, pues contribuirá al desarrollo comercial de un departamento que por muchos años estuvo al margen del desarrollo empresarial en Colombia.
“Llegar a Florencia (Caquetá), con la construcción de este centro comercial es ratificar la claridad que tenemos en la estrategia conjunta con Inversiones Conconcreto y con el Grupo Éxito, de construir edificaciones en ciudades intermedias. Así lo hemos hecho en Neiva, Pitalito, Villavicencio y Yopal, poblaciones en las cuales estos espacios se han convertido en el centro de actividades comerciales y familiares por excelencia”, explicó Aristizábal Vélez.
En la ejecución del importante proyecto, Conconcreto invertirá 42.161 millones de pesos y actualmente es comercializado por la Inmobiliaria Conconcreto y será operado por Inversiones Conconcreto.
La construcción del centro comercial estará lista para marzo de 2013, y durante su construcción se generarán en promedio mensual 326 empleos que dinamizarán el mercado laboral de Florencia.
Alcances
Según Conconcreto, el diseño arquitectónico que estuvo a cargo de la firma Contexto Urbano, busca por medio de la creación de ambientes y la distribución de los locales, dar un toque familiar que genere sentido de pertenencia con el proyecto a todos los habitantes de esta región, quienes contarán con un centro comercial que cumple con todos los requisitos para estar a la altura de los grandes proyectos comerciales del país.
“El centro comercial será uno de los principales atractivos para los más de 15.000 habitantes de la ciudad y los 70.000 de los municipios aledaños, quienes podrán encontrar las principales marcas internacionales, nacionales y locales y las promociones que realiza Almacenes Éxito”, destacó el presidente de la Constructora Conconcreto.
La firma Conconcreto es reconocida por la construcción de grandes y exitosos proyectos, como el Centro Comercial San Pedro Plaza en Neiva, El Guatapurí en Valledupar, El Cable Plaza en Manizales, El San Antonio Plaza en Pitalito, entre otros.
Dinámica económica
Para Aristizábal Vélez, la llegada de Gran Plaza Florencia generará grandes beneficios para los caqueteños, pues además de tener un sitio cercano para realizar sus compras, dinamizará el comercio local y la generación de empleo, pues posibilitará la llegada de reconocidos almacenes de renombre nacional.
Cabe destacar que en los centros comerciales de Conconcreto, los compradores pueden encontrar reconocidas marcas como Menchi, Armi, Pronto, Mr. Tennis, Payless Shoes, Spring Step, Ragged, Tania, Ibis, Televentas, Vélez, Studio F, Quest, Bubble Gummers, Calzatodo, Aquiles, Leonisa, Offcorss, Pepe Ganga, Oma, entre otras.
“La construcción de Gran Plaza Florencia consolida una gran apuesta que hemos hecho en Conconcreto de crear un modelo de negocios integral.
