Cooperativas se capacitarán para rendir cuentas

La Asociación de Cooperativas y Empresas Solidarias (Asocoph) realizará hoy a partir de las ocho de la mañana una capacitación con todas entidades del sector solidario en el Huila, con el propósito de que conozcan los nuevos lineamientos para que reporten la información del ejercicio fiscal 2011 a la Superintendencia de Economía Solidaria.
A través del programa informático denominado Sigcoop, las empresas del sector solidario pueden reportar toda la información que solicitan los entes de control, la cual debe ser presentada en los primeros meses del presente año.
El experto que dirigirá el taller será Óscar Hernández López, ingeniero de sistemas y analista de Soporte y Desarrollo en la Confederación de Cooperativas de Colombia (Confecoop).
Hernández López tiene experiencia en las modificaciones y mejoras al programa Sigcoop, soporte técnico y capacitaciones respecto a la instalación, manejo y diligenciamiento de la información en el sistema Sigcoop.
Aporte al sector
Israel Silva Guarnizo, director ejecutivo de Asocoph, indicó que este seminario es importante para que las empresas solidarias conozcan los cambios en la periodicidad y cómo deben dar respuesta a la rendición de cuentas estipulada en la Circular 005 de la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria.
“Además, los participantes aprenderán a instalar el programa Sigcoop, recibirán recomendaciones y soporte. También conocerán las actualizaciones de este software, generalidades y pasos para diligenciar la información a reportar con el programa”, añadió.
El seminario está dirigido a contadores públicos, revisores fiscales, directores administrativos o financieros del sector cooperativo y fondos de empleados. Es un evento apoyado por la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia y Asocoph.
¿Qué es Sigcoop?
Sigcoop es un módulo de presentación del formulario oficial de rendición de cuentas de las entidades bajo la vigilancia, supervisión y control de las superintendencias de la Economía Solidaria y de Puertos y Transporte. Permite la captura y validación (individual e integral) de la información básica, financiera, estadística y operativa de cada una de las entidades a una fecha de corte determinada.
